Ingredientes
- 150 g Arborio rice
- 2 EL truffle oil
- 1 onion
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 100 ml white wine
- 50 g Parmesano
- 1 EL parsley
- 1 TL salt
Preparación
- 1. Dice the onion and sauté in truffle oil.
- 2. Add the rice and toast briefly.
- 3. Deglaze with white wine and let it reduce.
- 4. Add the broth gradually, stirring constantly.
- 5. Stir in the Parmesan and parsley, then serve.
