Ingredientes
- 150 g Arborio rice
- 1 onion
- 200 g tomatoes
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 100 ml white wine
- 1 EL basil
- 50 g Parmesano
- 2 EL olive oil
Preparación
- 1. Chop the onion and sauté in olive oil.
- 2. Add the tomatoes and mash them.
- 3. Add the rice and toast briefly.
- 4. Deglaze with white wine and add the broth gradually.
- 5. Stir in the basil and Parmesan, then serve.
