🍚 Creamy Rice Mushroom Casserole

Ingredientes
- 250 g Risotto rice
- 300 g Button mushrooms
- 2 Onions
- 750 ml Chicken broth
- 50 g Butter
- 50 g Parmesan
Preparación
- 1. Wash the mushrooms and slice them.
- 2. Peel the onions and chop them finely.
- 3. Melt the butter in a pot and sauté the onions until translucent.
- 4. Add the mushrooms and fry them for 5 minutes.
- 5. Stir in the rice and toast it briefly.
- 6. Pour in the broth and cook the rice over medium heat.
- 7. Let the rice simmer for 15 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.
- 8. Grate the Parmesan and stir it into the mushroom rice mixture.
- 9. Let the casserole rest for 2 minutes before serving.
- 10. Serve the casserole warm.
