🍫 Overnight Oats with Chocolate Banana

Ingredientes
- 160 g Rolled oats
- 40 g Chia seeds
- 400 ml Unsweetened oat milk
- 20 g Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 40 g Maple syrup
- 200 g Banana
- 40 g Walnuts
Preparación
- 1. Slice the banana into small rounds.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and maple syrup with the oat milk.
- 3. Stir half of the banana slices into the oat mixture.
- 4. Divide the mixture evenly among four jars or containers.
- 5. Garnish each container with the remaining banana slices and chopped walnuts.
- 6. Cover the containers and place them in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
