Ingredientes
- 4 Stück Eggs
- 30 g Butter
- 20 g Finely chopped chives
- 5 g Finely chopped tarragon
- 20 ml Whole milk
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper
Preparación
- 1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with the milk, salt, and pepper until you get a homogeneous liquid.
- 2. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Don't forget to swirl the pan so you get an even layer of butter.
- 3. Pour in the egg mixture. Wait about 20 seconds until the edges start to set.
- 4. Take the pan off the heat and shake it vigorously back and forth. The eggs should stay creamy and slightly runny inside.
- 5. Scatter the chives and tarragon over one half of the omelet. Fold the other half over.
- 6. Carefully slide the omelet onto a warm plate and serve immediately. It should be golden brown and tender.
