Ingredientes
- Eggs 3 pcs.
- Cream cheese, plain 100 g
- levadura en polvo 0.5 cdta
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Herbs of Provence, dried 1 tsp
- Sea salt 0.5 tsp
Preparación
- 1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees fan-forced.
- 2. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- 3. Separate the eggs so that you have egg whites and yolks separated.
- 4. Put the egg whites into the bowl of your mixer.
- 5. Attach the whisk.
- 6. Whip the egg whites stiff for 4 minutes on speed 4.
- 7. Gently fold the egg whites into a clean, large bowl.
- 8. Add all the remaining ingredients and the egg yolks to the empty mixing bowl.
- 9. Mix this mixture for 30 seconds on speed 3.
- 10. Add the egg yolk mixture to the bowl with the egg whites.
- 11. First, gently fold in one third of the egg whites using a spatula.
- 12. Gently fold in the remaining egg whites until no white streaks are visible anymore.
- 13. Divide the mixture into four equal portions.
- 14. Shape the portions on the baking sheet into slightly oval flatbreads.
- 15. Press the flatbreads slightly flat.
- 16. Bake the flatbreads for about 25 minutes on the middle rack.
