Ingredientes
- Eggs 5 pcs.
- Salt pinch
- Sugar 150 g
- Wheat flour, Type 405 150 g
- maicena 25 g
- levadura en polvo 2 cdta
- Cocoa powder 20 g
- Butter 400 g
- azúcar glas 300 g
- Vanilla sugar 1 tsp.
- Macarons 4 pcs.
- Cinnamon stars 4 pcs.
- Sugar sticks 5 pcs.
- Fruit 100 g
Preparación
- 1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Set the oven to top and bottom heat.
- 2. Separate the eggs. Carefully remove the egg yolk from the egg white.
- 3. Put the egg white and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
- 4. Whip the egg white stiff with a hand mixer. The mixture should form stiff peaks.
- 5. Put the egg yolks and sugar in a second bowl.
- 6. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- 7. Fold the stiffly whipped egg white into the egg yolk-sugar mixture spoonful by spoonful.
- 8. Sift flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and cocoa over the batter.
- 9. Stir the dry ingredients gently into the batter with a rubber spatula.
- 10. Line the bottom of a 28 cm springform pan with baking paper.
- 11. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- 12. Bake the cake in the oven for approx. 30 minutes.
- 13. Cover the surface with aluminum foil towards the end of the baking time if it gets too dark.
- 14. Let the cake cool completely on a wire rack.
- 15. Beat soft butter, icing sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt in a bowl until creamy.
- 16. Cut the cooled cake horizontally into three equally thick layers.
- 17. Distribute the buttercream evenly on each of the three cake layers.
- 18. Stack the layers on top of each other.
- 19. Coat the outside of the cake completely with the remaining cream.
- 20. Decorate the cake as you like with macarons, cinnamon stars, sugar sticks, and fruit.
