Ingredientes
- Eggs 4 unidades
- Sugar 200 g
- Whole wheat flour 100 g
- levadura en polvo 0.5 cdta
- Coffee 25 g
- amaretto 100 ml
- Quark con 40 % de grasa en materia seca, 300 g
- nata para montar 200 g
- Cocoa powder 3 cda
Preparación
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 grados calor arriba y abajo.
- 2. Beat 2 Eggs and 100 gramos Sugar in a bowl for about 5 minutes with a hand mixer until creamy.
- 3. Sift flour and baking powder over the egg mixture.
- 4. Fold in the dry ingredients carefully until a uniform dough forms.
- 5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 6. Bake the sponge cake for about 15 a 20 minutos in the oven.
- 7. Meanwhile, prepare about 150 Milliliter strong coffee from the coffee powder.
- 8. Let the baked sponge cake cool completely.
- 9. Cut the cooled sponge cake into strips.
- 10. Place the sponge cake strips in a bowl.
- 11. Soak the sponge cake pieces with the prepared coffee and 50 Milliliter Amaretto or coffee liqueur.
- 12. Separate the remaining eggs by carefully separating the egg whites and egg yolks.
- 13. Beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar in a bowl until creamy.
- 14. Mix quark and the remaining liqueur into the egg yolk mixture.
- 15. Whip the cream in a tall container with a hand mixer until stiff.
- 16. Fold the whipped cream carefully into the quark mixture.
- 17. Distribute the soaked sponge cake strips into glasses.
- 18. Add the cream over the sponge cake pieces.
- 19. Sprinkle everything with cocoa powder.
- 20. Serve the tiramisu immediately or store it in the refrigerator until serving.
