🍳 Vegan Porridge Breakfast Bowl

Ingredientes
- Kiwi 2 pcs
- Blueberries, fresh 200 g
- Walnut kernels 4 tbsp
- Almonds, whole 4 tbsp
- Apricots, fresh 8 pcs
- Cranberries, dried 4 tbsp
- Mint, fresh 5 g
- Oat flakes, hearty 160 g
- Soy milk 800 ml
- Agave syrup 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon pinch
Preparación
- 1. Peel the kiwis and slice them into thin rounds.
- 2. Rinse the blueberries thoroughly under running water.
- 3. Roughly chop the nuts and dried fruits into small pieces.
- 4. Wash the mint and shake off excess water.
- 5. Carefully pluck the mint leaves off the stems.
- 6. Place the oats and soy milk into a pot.
- 7. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
- 8. Reduce the heat to medium and let the porridge simmer for about 5 minutes.
- 9. Season the finished porridge with agave syrup and cinnamon to taste.
- 10. Divide the warm porridge evenly among small bowls.
- 11. Top the bowls with the prepared kiwi slices and blueberries.
- 12. Sprinkle the chopped nuts and dried fruits over the top.
- 13. Garnish the bowls with the fresh mint leaves.
