🍲 Creamy Tomato Rice Soup

Ingredientes
- yellow onions 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- olive oil 2 tbsp.
- tomatoes, chopped 800 g
- vegetable broth 500 ml
- long-grain rice 200 g
- basil, fresh 10 g
- pine nuts 2 tbsp.
- crème fraîche 120 g
- salt pinch
- sugar pinch
- chili, ground pinch
Preparación
- 1. Cut the onion in half and remove the outer skin. Also peel the garlic clove.
- 2. Place the onion and garlic in the mixing bowl. Chop both for 5 seconds on speed 8.
- 3. Use a spatula to push the chopped mixture down from the walls of the bowl.
- 4. Add the olive oil. Sauté the mixture for about 4 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius on speed 2.
- 5. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, the broth, and the rice.
- 6. Cook the soup for 15 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius on speed 1.
- 7. Wash the basil and shake it dry.
- 8. Pluck the leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
- 9. Heat a non-stick pan without fat over medium to high heat.
- 10. Toast the pine nuts in the pan for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- 11. Add the crème fraîche to the mixing bowl with the soup.
- 12. Heat the soup for 3 minutes on speed 2 at 100 degrees Celsius.
- 13. Season the soup to taste with salt, sugar, and chili.
- 14. Fill bowls with the hot soup.
- 15. Garnish the soup with a dollop of crème fraîche, the fresh basil, and the toasted pine nuts.
- 16. Serve the dish immediately and enjoy your meal!
