Ingredientes
- Mozzarella 1 unidades
- Tomates de carne 4 unidades
- Albahaca, fresca 10 g
- Aceite de oliva 3 cda
- Pan suave de granjero 4 rodajas
- Sal marina pizca
- Pimienta, molida negra pizca
Preparación
- 1. Tear the mozzarella by hand into rough pieces. Rinse the beef tomatoes and slice them thinly. Wash the basil, shake off excess water, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Toast the bread on both sides for about 2 minutes. Lightly salt and let it drain on kitchen paper.
- 3. Top the toasted bread slices with mozzarella. Arrange the tomato slices on top and season with a drizzle of olive oil, sea salt, and pepper. Serve the tomato-mozzarella sandwich sprinkled with basil.
