  6. 6. Line a springform pan with a diameter of 28 centimeters with baking paper.
  7. 7. Grease the edges of the pan.
  8. 8. Put the dough into the pan and spread it so that the bottom is completely covered.
  9. 9. Wash the pears thoroughly.
  10. 10. Cut the pears into quarters and remove the core.
  11. 11. Add 50 grams of soft butter, 50 grams of sugar, 10 grams of cocoa powder and 80 grams of flour to the mixing container.
