🍝 Quick Noodle Soup

Ingredientes
- beef broth 1 L
- broccoli 1 pc.
- carrots 3 pc.
- spring onions 1 bunch
- peas, frozen 200 g
- soup noodles 200 g
- parsley, fresh 10 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Preparación
- 1. Bring the beef broth to a boil in a pot.
- 2. Wash the broccoli and remove the tough stem.
- 3. Break the broccoli into small florets.
- 4. Peel the carrots and trim the ends.
- 5. Halve the carrots lengthwise and slice them thinly.
- 6. Wash the spring onions and shake off excess water.
- 7. Remove the root ends of the spring onions.
- 8. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 9. Add the carrot slices to the hot broth.
- 10. Simmer the carrots over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- 11. Add the broccoli to the broth.
- 12. Cook the broccoli for about 2 minutes.
- 13. Add the spring onions, peas, and noodles to the pot.
- 14. Cook everything for another 2 minutes.
- 15. Wash the parsley and shake off excess water.
- 16. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 17. Finely chop the parsley.
- 18. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
- 19. Pour the soup into bowls.
- 20. Garnish the soup with the chopped parsley.
- 21. Enjoy your meal!
