🍽️ Tortillas de ensalada con crema de queso fresco

Ingredientes
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- Tomatoes, dried 40 g
- Boiled ham 200 g
- Chives, fresh 20 g
- Organic lemons 1 pc.
- Iceberg lettuce 0.5 pc.
- Cream cheese, grainy 400 g
- Horseradish 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Preparación
- 1. Bring water to a boil in a pot and boil the eggs in it for about 10 minutes until hard-boiled. Then drain, shock with cold water, let cool, peel and chop finely.
- 2. Cut the dried tomatoes and boiled ham into strips. Wash the chives, dry them well and cut into small rolls. Wash one lemon and grate about 1 tsp of the zest finely. Carefully separate the lettuce leaves one by one, wash and drain.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the eggs, the dried tomatoes, the boiled ham, the chives and the lemon zest. Season with horseradish, salt and pepper.
- 4. Spread the lettuce leaves with the cream, fold in the sides, roll up the leaves and keep cool until serving. Cut the salad wraps with the cream cheese in the middle and serve. Enjoy your meal!
