Ingredientes
- Eggs 8 pcs
- Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Gherkins 2 pcs
- Capers 1 tsp
- Dill, fresh 10 g
- Lemons 1 pcs
- Anchovy fillets in olive oil 10 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Chili, ground pinch
- Cayenne pepper pinch
Preparación
- 1. In a pot bring about 1 l water to a boil and cover. Put the eggs into the boiling water and cook for about 7 minutes. Then drain the eggs, shock them in cold water and peel. Then halve the eggs lengthwise and remove the yolks.
- 2. Press the yolks through a fine sieve and mix well in a bowl with mayonnaise and mustard.
- 3. Drain the gherkins and capers and chop finely. Wash the dill, pat dry, remove the coarse stems and chop finely as well. Halve a lemon and squeeze out the juice. Chop the anchovies finely.
- 4. Mix the gherkins, capers, anchovies and dill with the yolk mixture and season to taste with salt, pepper, chili and some lemon juice. Fill the mixture into a piping bag.
- 5. Place the egg halves with the cut side up on a plate and fill with the cream. Sprinkle the spicy Russian eggs with cayenne pepper and serve. Enjoy your meal!
