Ingredientes
- Eggs 3 pcs.
- Butter 300 g
- Sugar 300 g
- Milk 100 ml
- Wheat flour, Type 405 300 g
- levadura en polvo 2 cdta
Preparación
- 1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C (top/bottom heat). Add eggs, soft butter, sugar, milk, flour, and baking powder to a mixing bowl and mix everything for 1 minute and 30 seconds on setting 3 until you have a smooth batter.
- 2. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake it in the oven for about 60 minutes.
- 3. Take the baked cake out of the oven and let it cool. You can decorate it with powdered sugar, lemon glaze, or chocolate as you like. Enjoy!
