  1. 1. Add eggs, 2 tablespoons oil, water, salt and milk to a bowl.
  2. 2. Mix the liquids well together.
  3. 3. Add the flour to the mixture.
  4. 4. Stir everything into a smooth batter without lumps.
  5. 5. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  6. 6. Pour 1 ladle of batter into the hot pan.
  7. 7. Tilt the pan to spread the batter thinly and evenly.
  8. 8. Fry the pancake for about 1 to 2 minutes.
  9. 9. Flip the pancake as soon as it is golden brown and releases from the bottom.
  10. 10. Fry the other side for about 30 seconds until golden brown.
  11. 11. Remove the finished pancake from the pan.
  12. 12. Repeat steps 5 to 11 until all the batter is used up.
  13. 13. Wash the raspberries thoroughly under running water.
  14. 14. Add the cream and the vanilla sugar to a tall container.
  15. 15. Whip the cream stiff with a mixer.
  16. 16. Plate the pancakes.
  17. 17. Add the raspberries and the whipped cream.
