Ingredientes
- Eggs 4 unidades
- Flour, Type 405 200 g
- Salt Pinch
- Milk 300 ml
- Oil 8 cda
- Apricot Jam 4 cda
Preparación
- 1. Bat the eggs in a bowl.
- 2. Add the flour and the salt.
- 3. Mix the ingredients well.
- 4. Pour in the milk gradually.
- 5. Stir with a whisk (a tool for beating and stirring).
- 6. Stir until the batter is smooth.
- 7. The batter should be somewhat thick.
- 8. Heat about 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan.
- 9. Use medium heat for this.
- 10. Pour a ladle (a large spoon-like tool) of batter into the hot pan.
- 11. Tilt the pan to spread the batter thinly.
- 12. Cook the pancake for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 13. Wait until it is golden brown.
