Ingredientes
- Eggs 4 unidades
- Sugar 30 g
- Salt pinch
- Wheat flour, Type 405 300 g
- levadura en polvo 2 cdta
- Milk 200 ml
- Oil 2 tbsp
Preparación
- 1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and stir with a hand mixer and whisk for as long as the mixture gains significant volume.
- 2. Gradually stir in the sugar, salt, flour, and baking powder. Then add the milk until a slightly thick batter forms. Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes.
- 3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over high heat and add portions of 2–3 tbsp of batter for small pancakes. Bake for about 2–3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and bake for another approx. 1 minute until golden brown.
- 4. Repeat the process with the remaining batter. Arrange the pancakes on plates and serve with maple syrup. Enjoy your meal!
