🍰 Pancakes de Conejito de Pascua

Ingredientes
- Eggs 3 pcs.
- Sugar 40 g
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- Mascarpone 250 g
- Buttermilk 100 ml
- Wheat flour, Type 405 150 g
- levadura en polvo 1.5 cdta
- Nougat cream 30 g
- Bananas 1 pcs.
- nata para montar 200 g
- San-apart 2 tsp
- Chocolate chunks, milk chocolate 30 g
- Blueberries, fresh 100 g
Preparación
- 1. Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt, the sugar and one teaspoon of vanilla extract until white and creamy in five to ten minutes.
- 2. Stir the mascarpone until creamy and slowly add the buttermilk.
- 3. Mix the egg-milk mixture until smooth.
- 4. Mix the flour with the baking powder.
- 5. Sift the flour mixture in and gently fold it in.
- 6. Heat a large pan.
- 7. Grease the pan with baking spray, butter or oil.
- 8. Pour the batter into the large portioner for the body of the bunny.
- 9. Pour the batter into the middle portioner for the head.
- 10. Pour the batter into the small portioner for the feet and ears.
- 11. Bake the round parts (body, head, feet) over medium heat for about three to four minutes.
- 12. Flip the pancakes when the surface is set.
- 13. Bake the second side for about one more minute.
- 14. Remove the pancakes from the pan.
- 15. Spread the batter for the ears into an elongated shape.
- 16. Bake the ears using the same method as the other parts.
- 17. Attach the ears with nougat cream.
- 18. Attach the head to the ears with nougat cream.
- 19. Attach the body to the head with nougat cream.
- 20. Attach the feet to the body with nougat cream.
- 21. Slice the banana.
- 22. Brush the banana slices with lemon juice so they don't turn brown.
- 23. Whip the cream with San-apart and half a teaspoon of vanilla extract until stiff.
- 24. Fill the cream into a piping bag with a star tip.
- 25. Place a banana slice on the feet.
- 26. Place a banana slice on the body.
- 27. Decorate the feet with chocolate drops.
- 28. Pipe the cream as a tail onto the banana slice.
- 29. Place another banana slice on the plate.
- 30. Arrange the blueberries as a flower around the banana slice.
