  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Place an ovenproof pan in the oven and let it heat up with it.
  3. 3. Whisk eggs, milk, flour and salt in a bowl to a slightly thick batter.
  4. 4. Carefully remove the hot pan from the oven.
  5. 5. Melt the butter completely in the hot pan.
  6. 6. Pour the pancake batter into the pan.
  7. 7. Put the pan back in the oven.
  8. 8. Bake the pancake for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. 9. Wash the cucumber under running water.
  10. 10. Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
  11. 11. Wash the dill and shake it dry.
  12. 12. Finely chop the dill.
  13. 13. Mix the diced cucumber and chopped dill in a bowl with mustard, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar.
  14. 14. Finally season the cucumber salad with the spices.
  15. 15. Take the baked pancake out of the oven.
  16. 16. Fill the pancake with the cucumber salad, smoked salmon and a dollop of creme fraiche.
  17. 17. Serve the filled pancake warm.
