🥤 Refreshing Melon Slushy

Ingredientes
- Honeydew melon 200 g
- Mint, fresh 5 g
Preparación
- 1. Cut the melon in half.
- 2. Remove the seeds with a spoon.
- 3. Peel off the rind.
- 4. Cut the flesh into coarse cubes.
- 5. Place the melon cubes in a tall container.
- 6. Puree the melon finely using a hand blender.
- 7. Pour the puree into an ice cube tray or a shallow bowl.
- 8. Place the tray in the freezer for about 4 hours.
- 9. Take the frozen melon puree out of the freezer.
- 10. Let it thaw at room temperature for approx. 10 minutes.
- 11. Crush the puree finely using a hand blender or food processor.
- 12. Fill the slushy into a glass.
- 13. Garnish the drink with fresh mint leaves.
- 14. Serve the slushy immediately and cheers!
