  1. 1. Cut the melon in half.
  2. 2. Remove the seeds with a spoon.
  3. 3. Peel off the rind.
  4. 4. Cut the flesh into coarse cubes.
  5. 5. Place the melon cubes in a tall container.
  6. 6. Puree the melon finely using a hand blender.
  7. 7. Pour the puree into an ice cube tray or a shallow bowl.
  8. 8. Place the tray in the freezer for about 4 hours.
  9. 9. Take the frozen melon puree out of the freezer.
  10. 10. Let it thaw at room temperature for approx. 10 minutes.
  11. 11. Crush the puree finely using a hand blender or food processor.
  12. 12. Fill the slushy into a glass.
  13. 13. Garnish the drink with fresh mint leaves.
  14. 14. Serve the slushy immediately and cheers!
