Ingredientes
- Nueces de macadamia, tostadas y saladas 150 g
- Chocolate rallado, con leche entera 125 g
- Mantequilla 240 g
- Azúcar 200 g
- Azúcar con vainilla 40 g
- Harina de trigo, tipo 405 380 g
- levadura en polvo 1 cdta
Preparación
- 1. Coarsely chop the macadamia nuts. In a bowl, beat the soft butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer until creamy. Then add the flour, baking powder, chocolate shavings, and nuts, and knead briefly.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat). Divide the dough into 30–35 equal portions and shape them into balls between lightly floured hands. Place them on baking sheets lined with parchment paper, leaving enough space between them. Gently press the balls flat (about 6 cm in diameter).
- 3. Bake the sheets one after another in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes, until the macadamia cookies with chocolate are crisp and golden brown. Let cool and store in airtight containers. Enjoy!
