🍕 Crunchy Low-Carb Pizza with Broccoli and Ham

Ingredientes
- Broccoli 2 pcs.
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- Almonds, ground 100 g
- parmesan 120 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Cherry tomatoes mix 400 g
- Onions, red 1 pc.
- Mozzarella 4 pcs.
- Basil, fresh 20 g
- Serrano ham 100 g
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
Preparación
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the broccoli and break it into small florets.
- 3. Finely chop the broccoli florets or roughly crush them in a blender.
- 4. Mix 600 grams of broccoli with eggs, ground almonds, and 4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
- 5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 6. Distribute the mixture onto two baking sheets lined with baking paper.
- 7. Press the mixture down to form four flat bases.
- 8. Bake the dough bases for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- 9. Wash the tomatoes and slice them.
- 10. Halve the onions, peel them, and cut them into strips.
- 11. Tear the mozzarella into rough chunks.
- 12. Wash the basil, shake it dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 13. Sprinkle each pre-baked pizza base with 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
- 14. Top the pizzas with tomatoes, onions, mozzarella, and ham.
- 15. Bake the topped pizzas for about 10 minutes in the oven.
- 16. Drizzle the finished pizza with olive oil.
- 17. Sprinkle with the fresh basil and serve.
