- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Oil 2 tbsp.
- Country-style mild bread 4 slices
Preparación
- 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it rest for about 30 seconds. Gently push and stir the mixture with a spatula for approximately 4 minutes until it is completely set and takes on a golden color.
- 3. Plate the scrambled eggs and serve with bread. Enjoy your meal!
