  2. 2. Mix one egg, quark, milk and oil in a mixing container.
  3. 3. Add 300 grams of flour, 50 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt and baking powder.
  4. 4. Knead the ingredients for 2 minutes on the kneading setting to form a dough.
  5. 5. Line a springform pan with baking paper and grease the edges.
  6. 6. Put the dough in the pan and press it flat so that the bottom is covered.
  7. 7. Wash the cherries and remove the pits.
  8. 8. Crumble soft butter, 50 grams of sugar and 100 grams of flour in a mixing container for 1 minute on the dough kneading setting.

  10. 10. Distribute the cherries evenly over the dough.
