Ingredientes
- Eggs 1 pc.
- Queso quark 40% de grasa en residuo seco 150 g
- Milk 100 ml
- Oil 50 ml
- Wheat flour, Type 405 400 g
- Sugar 100 g
- Salt pinch
- Baking powder 1 packet
- Cherries, fresh 300 g
- Butter 50 g
- azúcar glas 2 cda
Preparación
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat.
- 2. Mix one egg, quark, milk and oil in a mixing container.
- 3. Add 300 grams of flour, 50 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt and baking powder.
- 4. Knead the ingredients for 2 minutes on the kneading setting to form a dough.
- 5. Line a springform pan with baking paper and grease the edges.
- 6. Put the dough in the pan and press it flat so that the bottom is covered.
- 7. Wash the cherries and remove the pits.
- 8. Crumble soft butter, 50 grams of sugar and 100 grams of flour in a mixing container for 1 minute on the dough kneading setting.
- 9. Chill the crumb mixture.
- 10. Distribute the cherries evenly over the dough.
- 11. Put the crumbs on top.
- 12. Bake the cake for about 60 minutes in the oven.
- 13. Carefully remove the cake from the oven.
- 14. Let the cake cool in the pan.
- 15. Dust the cake with icing sugar and serve it.
