Ingredientes
- Gruyère en bloque 200 g
- Emmental en bloque 250 g
- Queso Raclette 200 g
- maicena 1 cdta
- Kirsch 1 cda
- Limones 1 unidades
- Dientes de ajo 1 unidades
- Vino blanco, seco 100 ml
- Uvas, oscuras 150 g
- Uvas, claras 150 g
- Baguette 2 unidades
- Mostaza 1 cda
- Mostaza dulce 2 cda
- Pimienta, negra molida pizca
- Nuez moscada, molida pizca
Preparación
- 1. Grate Gruyère, Emmental, and Raclette cheese coarsely. In a bowl, mix the starch with kirsch. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Halve the garlic. Wash the grapes. Cut the bread into cubes.
- 2. Rub the pot or fondue pot with the garlic. Heat over low to medium heat and melt the cheese with the wine. Stir in the kirsch-starch mixture and mustard into the melted cheese and let it simmer gently. Continue stirring until a creamy consistency is achieved.
- 3. Season the cheese fondue with pepper, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Keep the pot warm over a tea light or fondue burner. Serve the cheese fondue with grapes and bread.
