🍽️ Baked Chicken and Vegetable Casserole with Cheese Crust

Ingredientes
- Parmesan 100 g
- Onions, yellow 1 unidades
- Garlic cloves 1 unidades
- Rosemary, fresh 5 g
- Thyme, fresh 5 g
- Chicken breast fillets 600 g
- Zucchini 1 unidades
- Pepper, red 1 unidades
- Pepper, yellow 1 unidades
- Cherry tomatoes 250 g

- Tomatoes, chopped 800 g
- Tomato paste 20 g

Preparación
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat.
- 2. Add the Parmesan to the mixing bowl.
- 3. Grind the cheese for 10 seconds on the highest setting.
- 4. Pour the ground Parmesan crumbs into a small bowl and set aside.
- 5. Peel the onion and cut it in half.
- 6. Peel the garlic clove.
- 7. Wash the rosemary and thyme sprigs under running water.
- 8. Shake the herbs dry.
- 9. Pick the small leaves off the rosemary and thyme sprigs.
- 10. Wash the chicken under cold water.
- 11. Pat the meat dry with kitchen paper.
- 12. Cut the chicken into thin strips.
- 13. Wash the zucchini.
- 14. Cut off the hard ends of the zucchini.
- 15. Cut the zucchini into coarse, irregular pieces.
- 16. Wash the peppers.
- 17. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise.
- 18. Remove the hard core and white pith from the peppers.
- 19. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
- 20. Add the halved onions, garlic, rosemary and thyme leaves to the mixing container.
- 21. Grind the ingredients for 4 seconds on setting 8.
- 22. Scrape the chopped ingredients down from the sides into the center with a spatula.
- 23. Add the zucchini and pepper pieces to the onion mixture.
- 24. Grind everything for 6 seconds on setting 6.
- 25. Add the cream to the mixture.
- 26. Add the chopped tomatoes from the can.
- 27. Add the tomato paste.
- 28. Add a teaspoon of sugar.
- 29. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- 30. Cook the sauce for 10 minutes at 100 degrees on setting 1.
- 31. Take a baking dish.
- 32. Pour the finished sauce into the baking dish.
- 33. Add the pasta to the baking dish.
- 34. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the baking dish.
- 35. Add the chicken strips to the baking dish.
- 36. Mix all the ingredients well in the dish.
- 37. Sprinkle the previously ground Parmesan evenly over the casserole.
- 38. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven.
- 39. Bake the casserole for about 30 minutes.
- 40. Carefully remove the baking dish from the oven.
- 41. Serve the casserole hot.
