🍽️ Grilled Zucchini with Herb Lemon Oil

Ingredientes
- Parsley, fresh 20 g
- Thyme, fresh 10 g
- Rosemary, fresh 10 g
- Organic Lemon 1 pc.
- Olive oil 5 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Zucchini 2 pc.
Preparación
- 1. Rinse the herbs under running water.
- 2. Dry the herbs with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Pluck the leaves and needles from the stems.
- 4. Finely chop the herbs.
- 5. Rinse the lemon thoroughly.
- 6. Grate about one teaspoon of the lemon zest.
- 7. Cut the lemon in half.
- 8. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 9. Place the chopped herbs in a bowl.
- 10. Add the lemon zest to the bowl.
- 11. Add two tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 12. Add the oil to the bowl.
- 13. Season the mixture with salt.
- 14. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 15. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
- 16. Clean the zucchini thoroughly.
- 17. Cut off the ends of the zucchini.
- 18. Slice the zucchini lengthwise into strips.
- 19. Ensure the strips are about 0.5 centimeters thick.
- 20. Brush the zucchini strips with the herb lemon oil.
- 21. Preheat the grill.
- 22. Place the zucchini on the hot grill.
- 23. Grill the zucchini for about 6 minutes.
- 24. Brush the zucchini with oil several times while grilling.
- 25. Remove the zucchini from the grill.
