  1. 1. In a pot bring about 1 liter of water to a boil. Boil the eggs in it for approximately 10 minutes until hard-boiled. Then shock them in cold water and peel.
  2. 2. Cut the ham into very small cubes. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix the yolks well with the ham and cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Put the ham filling into a piping bag and fill the egg halves with it. Decorate the filled eggs with microgreens and serve with bread. Enjoy your meal!
