  1. 1. Bring about 1 Liter water to a boil in a pot and cover. Add the eggs to the boiling water and cook softly for about 6 minutes. Then drain and shock with cold water.
  2. 2. Wash the asparagus thoroughly, peel the lower third and remove the woody ends. Cut the asparagus diagonally into pieces. Heat the Oil in a pan over high heat and fry the Bacon in it for about 2 minutes. Then add the asparagus and fry for another approx. 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Meanwhile, mix Mustard with Creme fraiche in a bowl. Season to taste with Salt, Sugar and Pepper.
  4. 4. Serve the fried asparagus together with the crispy Bacon on plates. Place the soft-boiled eggs on top and serve with the mustard cream. Enjoy your meal!
