🍽️ Espárragos salteados con huevo, bacon y crema de mostaza

Ingredientes
- Eggs 4 unidades
- green asparagus 2 manojo
- Oil 1 cda
- Bacon strips 125 g
- Mustard 2 cda
- Creme fraiche 200 g
- Salt pizca
- Sugar pizca
- Pepper, black ground pizca
Preparación
- 1. Bring about 1 Liter water to a boil in a pot and cover. Add the eggs to the boiling water and cook softly for about 6 minutes. Then drain and shock with cold water.
- 2. Wash the asparagus thoroughly, peel the lower third and remove the woody ends. Cut the asparagus diagonally into pieces. Heat the Oil in a pan over high heat and fry the Bacon in it for about 2 minutes. Then add the asparagus and fry for another approx. 5 minutes.
- 3. Meanwhile, mix Mustard with Creme fraiche in a bowl. Season to taste with Salt, Sugar and Pepper.
- 4. Serve the fried asparagus together with the crispy Bacon on plates. Place the soft-boiled eggs on top and serve with the mustard cream. Enjoy your meal!
