Ingredientes
- Eggs 4 unidades
- sugar 4 cda
- salt pinch
- wheat flour, Type 405 240 g
- levadura en polvo 1 cdta
- milk 200 ml
- mineral water, classic 200 ml
- butter 1 cda
- strawberries 400 g
- azúcar glas 4 cda
- vanilla ice cream 200 g
Preparación
- 1. Separate the eggs. Carefully lift the yolk from the white.
- 2. Put the yolk in a bowl.
- 3. Add sugar and salt to the yolk.
- 4. Whisk the mixture with a hand mixer and whisk until frothy.
- 5. Stir in flour and baking powder gradually.
- 6. Add milk and mineral water.
- 7. Mix all ingredients well.
- 8. Whip the egg whites stiff.
- 9. Carefully fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture.
- 10. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- 11. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan.
- 12. Fry the omelet for about 3 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
- 13. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
- 14. Wash the strawberries.
- 15. Remove the green tops from the strawberries.
- 16. Slice the strawberries.
- 17. Slide the omelet onto a plate.
- 18. Arrange the strawberry slices on the omelet.
- 19. Dust the omelet with powdered sugar.
- 20. Fold the omelet in half.
- 21. Dust the omelet lightly with powdered sugar again.
- 22. Serve the omelet with vanilla ice cream.
