  6. 6. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  7. 7. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees fan-forced.
  9. 9. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  10. 10. Form small balls from the dough, about the size of a cherry.
  11. 11. Sprinkle the remaining icing sugar onto a clean work surface.
