🍝 Ensalada de pasta sencilla con Farfalle

Ingredientes
- Sal Pizca
- Farfalle 500 g
- Guisantes, congelados 100 g
- Pepinos 1 ud.
- Pimiento, rojo 1 ud.
- Salchicha de carne en bloque 0.5 ud.
- Maíz en lata 200 g
- Queso crema, natural 200 g
- Ketchup 2 cdas
- Vinagre 2 cdas
- Pimienta, negra molida Pizca
Preparación
- 1. Bring about 5 liters of salted water to a boil in a large pot. Cook the Farfalle for approximately 9 minutes in the boiling salted water. After about 7 minutes, add the peas. Drain everything in a sieve and let it drain well.
- 2. Wash the cucumber thoroughly, quarter it lengthwise, and slice it. Wash the pepper, halve it, remove the core, and cut into cubes. Dice the meat sausage as well. Put the corn in a sieve and let it drain.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese well with ketchup, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Then add everything to the dressing and mix the pasta salad well. Season the Farfalle pasta salad to taste and serve. Enjoy your meal!
