🍰 Pancakes sencillos con arándanos

Ingredientes
- Eggs 4 unidades
- Sugar 2 cda
- Salt pinch
- Wheat flour, Type 405 300 g
- levadura en polvo 2 cdta
- Milk 200 ml
- Oil 2 cda
- Fresh blueberries 125 g
- Agave syrup 2 cda
Preparación
- 1. Bat the eggs in a bowl.
- 2. Beat the eggs with a hand mixer and whisk until they are foamy and the volume has increased significantly.
- 3. Add the sugar, salt, flour, baking powder, and milk gradually to the eggs.
- 4. Stir everything until a slightly thick batter forms.
- 5. Pour the batter into an ice cube tray.
- 6. Let the tray freeze overnight in the freezer compartment.
- 7. Take the frozen batter cubes out of the freezer to thaw slightly.
- 8. Heat oil in a pan on low heat.
- 9. Place the frozen pancake cubes one by one into the pan.
- 10. Cover the pan and heat the cubes for about 5 to 7 minutes.
- 11. Wait until the cubes have melted into a small pancake.
- 12. Flip the pancake.
- 13. Cook the pancake for another 4 minutes until golden brown.
- 14. Distribute the pancakes onto plates.
- 15. Drizzle the pancakes with agave syrup.
- 16. Add fresh blueberries.
- 17. Serve the pancakes and enjoy your meal!
