Ingredientes
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- Chives, fresh 10 g
- Mayonnaise 3 tbsp.
- Mustard 1 tbsp.
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Farmhouse mild bread 4 slices
Preparación
- 1. Bring about 2 liters of water to a boil in a pot. Boil the eggs in it for about 8 minutes until hard-boiled. Then shock them in cold water, peel and chop finely.
- 2. In the meantime, wash the chives, dry them well and cut into fine rings. In a bowl, mix the eggs with mayonnaise, mustard and chives and season with salt and pepper. Serve the egg salad with bread. Enjoy your meal!
