🥗 Crispy Crostini with Fresh Shrimp and Avocado Topping

Ingredientes
- Party Shrimp 400 g
- Shallots 1 pc.
- Radishes 0.5 bunch
- Avocado 2 pc.
- Cilantro, fresh 10 g
- Organic Limes 1 pc.
- Salt pinch
- Chili, ground pinch
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Baguette 1 pc.
Preparación
- 1. Cut the shrimp into small pieces.
- 2. Halve the shallot and chop it finely as well.
- 3. Wash the radishes thoroughly and trim off the ends.
- 4. Cut the avocado open, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
- 5. Dice the avocado flesh into fine cubes.
- 6. Wash the cilantro, pat it dry, and remove the thick stems.
- 7. Chop the cilantro finely.
- 8. Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice.
- 9. Place all prepared ingredients into a large bowl.
- 10. Mix everything together thoroughly.
- 11. Season the mixture with lime juice, salt, and chili to taste.
- 12. Melt the butter in a pan over high heat.
- 13. Slice the baguette diagonally into pieces.
- 14. Fry the bread slices in the pan for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 15. Top the toasted crostini with the shrimp and avocado salad.
