  1. 1. In a pot bring about 1 liter of water to a boil. Add the eggs to the boiling water and cook for about 7 minutes. Then drain the eggs, shock them with cold water and peel them.
  2. 2. Cut the eggs into small cubes. Halve the onion, peel and finely chop. Finely chop the trout as well. Wash the chives, pat dry and cut into thin rings.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix the eggs, onion and trout with mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Slice the baguette, spread with the trout cream and garnish with chives. Enjoy your meal!
