🍳 Baguette con crema de trucha y huevo

Ingredientes
- Eggs 4 pcs
- Onions, yellow 1 pcs
- Trout fillet, smoked 250 g
- Chives, fresh 10 g
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Baguette 2 pcs
Preparación
- 1. In a pot bring about 1 liter of water to a boil. Add the eggs to the boiling water and cook for about 7 minutes. Then drain the eggs, shock them with cold water and peel them.
- 2. Cut the eggs into small cubes. Halve the onion, peel and finely chop. Finely chop the trout as well. Wash the chives, pat dry and cut into thin rings.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the eggs, onion and trout with mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Slice the baguette, spread with the trout cream and garnish with chives. Enjoy your meal!
