🍰 Torradas clásicas con fresas frescas y nata

Ingredientes
- Eggs 3 unidades
- Milk 250 ml
- Vanilla sugar 1 sobre
- Sugar 2 cda
- Toast bread 8 rodajas
- Butter 3 cda
- Strawberries 400 g
- nata para montar 200 g
Preparación
- 1. Take a medium bowl.
- 2. Add eggs, milk, vanilla sugar, and sugar to the bowl.
- 3. Whisk the ingredients vigorously with a whisk until well combined.
- 4. Dip the toast slices in the egg mixture for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 5. Take a large pan.
- 6. Melt half of the butter in the pan.
- 7. Carefully place half of the soaked bread slices into the hot pan.
- 8. Fry the bread slices over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- 9. Remove the finished slices from the pan.
- 10. Melt the remaining butter in the same pan.
- 11. Fry the remaining bread slices until golden brown as well.
- 12. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 13. Put the washed strawberries in a bowl.
- 14. Coarsely mash the strawberries with a potato masher.
- 15. Take a medium bowl for the cream.
- 16. Whip the cream stiffly with a mixer.
- 17. Arrange the torradas on the plates.
- 18. Top the torradas with the mashed strawberries.
- 19. Add a dollop of whipping cream on top.
- 20. Enjoy your meal!
