🍰 Tarta crujiente de manzana con streusel

Ingredientes
- Eggs 1 pc.
- Queso quark 40 % de grasa en materia seca 150 g
- Milk 50 ml
- Oil 50 ml
- Wheat flour, Type 405 400 g
- Sugar 100 g
- Salt pinch
- Baking powder 1 packet
- Apples, red 800 g
- Mantequilla 50 g
- azúcar glas 1 cda
Preparación
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat.
- 2. In a large bowl, whisk one egg, quark, milk, and oil until the mixture is smooth.
- 3. Add 300 grams of flour, 50 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt, and baking powder to a separate bowl and mix the dry ingredients.
- 4. Add the flour mixture to the quark-oil liquid.
- 5. Knead the dough with a hand mixer and dough hooks until it holds together.
- 6. Dust a work surface with some flour and shape the dough into a ball there.
- 7. Peel the apples and cut them into wedges.
- 8. Remove the core from the apple wedges.
- 9. In a small bowl, mix butter, 50 grams of sugar, and 100 grams of flour until crumbly streusel forms.
- 10. Put the streusel in the fridge for later.
- 11. Line a 28-centimeter diameter springform pan with baking paper.
- 12. Lightly grease the edges of the pan.
- 13. Roll out the dough on the floured surface into a round base.
- 14. Place the dough in the pan and press up a border about 3 centimeters high.
- 15. Poke the dough base several times with a fork.
- 16. Distribute the apple wedges evenly on the dough base.
- 17. Take the streusel out of the fridge and distribute it over the apples.
- 18. Bake the cake for about 60 minutes in the preheated oven.
- 19. Carefully remove the cake from the oven.
- 20. Let the cake cool completely in the pan.
- 21. Dust the cooled cake with icing sugar before serving.
