  3. 3. Add 300 grams of flour, 50 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt, and baking powder to a separate bowl and mix the dry ingredients.
  4. 4. Add the flour mixture to the quark-oil liquid.
  5. 5. Knead the dough with a hand mixer and dough hooks until it holds together.
  6. 6. Dust a work surface with some flour and shape the dough into a ball there.
  7. 7. Peel the apples and cut them into wedges.
  8. 8. Remove the core from the apple wedges.
  9. 9. In a small bowl, mix butter, 50 grams of sugar, and 100 grams of flour until crumbly streusel forms.
  10. 10. Put the streusel in the fridge for later.
  11. 11. Line a 28-centimeter diameter springform pan with baking paper.
  12. 12. Lightly grease the edges of the pan.
  13. 13. Roll out the dough on the floured surface into a round base.
  14. 14. Place the dough in the pan and press up a border about 3 centimeters high.
