Ingredientes
- 150 g quinoa
- 1 Pepper
- 1 Calabacín
- 1 Onion
- 100 g Grated cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 100 ml Cream
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper
Preparación
- 1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- 2. Finely chop pepper, zucchini, and onion.
- 3. Sauté vegetables in a pan.
- 4. In a bowl, mix cooked quinoa, vegetables, cream, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
- 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
