🥒 Stuffed Zucchini Boats with Herb Mushroom Filling

Ingredientes
- 400 g Zucchini
- 200 g Mushrooms
- 100 g Onion
- 100 g Grated raclette cheese
- 20 g Olive oil
- 15 g Fresh parsley
- 5 g Fresh marjoram
- 5 g Garlic
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Chili flakes
Preparación
- 1. Wash the zucchinis and cut them lengthwise in half. Carefully scoop out the inside to create a boat shape.
- 2. Dice the zucchini flesh, mushrooms, and onion into small cubes.
- 3. Fry the diced vegetables in olive oil in a pan until soft. Add the chopped garlic at the end.
- 4. Mix the fried vegetables with the chopped herbs and grated cheese.
- 5. Fill the zucchini boats with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- 6. Season the filling with salt and chili flakes.
- 7. Bake the stuffed zucchinis at 200 degrees for 20 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
