Ingredientes
- 4 Eggs
- 200 g Fresh spinach
- 100 g Feta cheese
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 Onion
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 1 TL Salt
Preparación
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté the onion and add the spinach.
- 3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the pan.
- 5. Crumble the feta and distribute it over the egg mixture.
- 6. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, until the frittata is set.
