- 1 EL Butter
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- zum Garnieren Fresh herbs
Preparación
- 1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat the butter in a pan until it foams.
- 3. Pour the eggs into the pan and cook over medium heat until they start to set.
- 4. Lift the edges carefully with a spatula and let the uncooked eggs flow to the center.
- 5. Fold the omelette and serve on a plate.
- 6. Garnish with fresh herbs.
