Ingredientes
- 2 spring onions
- 1 ginger (walnut-sized piece, fresh)
- 1 lemon
- 250 g zucchini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp vegetable broth
- sugar
Preparación
- 1. Thoroughly wash the spring onions under running water.
- 2. Remove the dry ends at the roots.
- 3. Cut the spring onions in half lengthwise.
- 4. Cut the white and light green parts of the onions into thin strips.
- 5. Place the cut onion strips into a bowl.
- 6. Peel the ginger using a spoon or a peeler.
- 7. Slice the ginger into thin rounds.
- 8. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
- 9. Slice the lemon into thin rounds.
- 10. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
- 11. Slice the zucchini diagonally into thin rounds.
- 12. Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
- 13. Fry the zucchini slices in the pan for about 2 minutes on one side.
- 14. Turn the zucchini and fry for another 2 minutes on the other side.
- 15. Season the zucchini with salt and pepper.
- 16. Add the zucchini to the spring onions in the bowl.
- 17. Place the ginger slices into the frying fat in the pan.
- 18. Place the lemon slices into the frying fat in the pan.
- 19. Fry the ginger and lemon briefly on both sides.
- 20. Peel the garlic.
- 21. Press the garlic directly into the pan.
- 22. Pour the vinegar into the pan.
- 23. Pour the broth into the pan.
- 24. Season the sauce with salt.
- 25. Season the sauce with pepper.
- 26. Add a pinch of sugar.
- 27. Mix all ingredients in the pan thoroughly.
- 28. Plate the vegetables.
