🍝 Zucchini Noodle Porridge with Minced Meat

Ingredientes
- 300 g zucchini (2 zucchini)
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 80 g mixed minced meat
- 100 g whole wheat noodles
- 1 sage leaf
Preparación
- 1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
- 2. Peel the zucchini completely.
- 3. Remove the hard ends of the zucchini.
- 4. Grate the zucchini coarsely using a box grater.
- 5. Warm one tablespoon of oil in a pot over low heat.
- 6. Add the minced meat to the pot.
- 7. Sauté the meat without letting it brown.
- 8. Add the grated zucchini to the meat.
- 9. Cover the pot.
- 10. Let the mixture cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
- 11. Bring 750 milliliters of water to a boil in a separate pot.
- 12. Add the noodles to the boiling water.
- 13. Add the sage leaf to the water.
- 14. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
- 15. Drain the noodles.
- 16. Let the noodles drip dry in a sieve.
- 17. Catch the noodle water in a bowl.
- 18. Check if the meat and zucchini mixture is too dry.
- 19. Stir in some noodle water if necessary.
- 20. Add the noodles to the zucchini and meat mixture.
- 21. Add the remaining oil.
- 22. Add enough noodle water to create a porridge consistency.
- 23. Puree the entire mixture with a hand blender.
- 24. Let one portion cool down slightly.
- 25. Feed the animal immediately with this portion.
- 26. Let the remaining porridge cool down completely.
- 27. Freeze the cooled porridge in portions.
