🍽️ Crispy Zucchini Frittata with Thyme

Ingredientes
- 2 zucchini
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp heavy cream
- 40 g parmesan
- thyme (for garnish)
Preparación
- 1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the zucchini into small pieces or thin slices.
- 3. Peel the garlic.
- 4. Finely chop the garlic.
- 5. Pick the thyme leaves off the stems.
- 6. Mix the zucchini, thyme, and garlic in a bowl.
- 7. Heat oil in a pan.
- 8. Fry the vegetable mixture in the hot oil.
- 9. Fry the mixture for 4 to 5 minutes.
- 10. Season the zucchini with salt and pepper.
- 11. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
- 12. Stir the cream into the eggs.
- 13. Season the egg-cream mixture with salt and pepper.
- 14. Pour the egg mixture over the zucchini in the pan.
- 15. Reduce the heat to a low setting.
- 16. Cover the pan.
- 17. Let the frittata set for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 18. Place a large plate on top of the pan.
- 19. Carefully flip the frittata using the plate.
- 20. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the flipped frittata.
- 21. Cover the pan again.
- 22. Finish baking the frittata for another 3 to 5 minutes.
- 23. Garnish the finished frittata with fresh thyme.
- 24. Serve the zucchini frittata hot.
