  4. 4. Wash the chili peppers, remove the stems, and slice them into rings.
  5. 5. Mix the vinegar with 100 milliliters of water, mustard powder, and sugar in a pot.
  6. 6. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  7. 7. Let the liquid simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Add the fruit and shallots to the sauce.
  9. 9. Let everything simmer gently for another 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens into a chutney.
  10. 10. Season the chutney with salt and cayenne pepper.
  11. 11. Remove the pot from the heat and let the chutney cool down.
  12. 12. Place the cheese slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  13. 13. Drizzle the cheese with honey.

  15. 15. Bake the cheese under the preheated grill for 5 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.
