Ingredientes
- 600 g tomatoes
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 250 g mozzarella
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tbsp black olives (pitted)
Preparación
- 1. Drain the mozzarella in a sieve.
- 2. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 4. Slice the tomatoes.
- 5. Pick the basil leaves off the stems.
- 6. Arrange the mozzarella and tomato slices in an overlapping pattern on a plate or platter.
- 7. Scatter the basil leaves over the salad.
- 8. Whisk the oil and balsamic vinegar together in a small bowl.
- 9. Season the marinade with salt and pepper.
- 10. Press the garlic clove directly into the marinade.
- 11. Drizzle the finished marinade evenly over the salad.
- 12. Slice the olives.
- 13. Sprinkle the olive slices over the salad.
