- 2 Avocados
- 1 red onion
- 150 g goat soft cheese
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- Basil (for garnishing)
Preparación
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the hard stem area from the tomato.
- 3. Slice the tomato into even slices.
- 4. Peel the avocados.
- 5. Halve the avocados.
- 6. Remove the pits from the avocado.
- 7. Slice the avocado flesh.
- 8. Arrange the tomato and avocado slices attractively in small bowls.
- 9. Peel the onion.
- 10. Dice the onion into small cubes.
- 11. Sprinkle the onion cubes over the vegetables.
- 12. Slice the cheese.
- 13. Place the cheese slices on top of the avocado.
- 14. Mix the lemon juice with the oil for the dressing.
- 15. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
- 16. Pour the dressing over the salad.
- 17. Garnish the dish with fresh basil.
- 18. Serve the salad immediately.
